Dave Fahrenthold (Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector TREC LIC# 24160) founded Inspectasource to provide products and services to other Home Inspectors that can improve their inspections and support their marketing plan. Dave had a successful Home Inspection business in San Antonio, TX but chronic pain from a foot injury does not allow him to perform inspections. Dave’s experience as a Home Inspector and his background in small business marketing led to the creation of Inspectasource.
